About This Program

ABOVE the city lights, ABOVE the persistent glow of screens and daily distractions, there is a vast night sky. Meet us there.

ABOVE is a live program at the Samuel Oschin Planetarium. This summer’s edition, Night Gallery: The Stars of the Summer, will be presented by Griffith Observatory Director Dr. E.C. Krupp.

Explore the summer’s constellations, hear the stories behind them, and enjoy exclusive after-hours access to the Observatory, including exhibits, telescopes, and panoramic views of Los Angeles.
